LEGO Humvee

[ad#250 x 250]

Building military LEGO models with a good camouflage is very difficult. The issue gets even harder when you're working on a small model. Luckily there are some talented builders out there like BrickArmy that have the skill to pull it off. I've posted LEGO humvees on jpBRIX before, but they were both constructed in one color. Here we see an example of that along side one in a very nice woodland camouflage.

Two LEGO Humvees in Different CamosI've had the opportunity to ride in these a few times, and they're very different from your normal car. These things are the definition of utilitarian. The seats are basically inch-thick pads that are not comfortable at all, and everything else is just bare metal. When you're running convoy operations though, they do what you need them to. This LEGO Humvee version captures that attitude very well.
